About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Engineer to join Universal Cans. In this role, you will contribute to the development, improvement, and optimization of our metal packaging products. You will collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure products meet performance, safety, and sustainability requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing and developing new can and packaging products

Improve existing product designs for better efficiency and durability

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production

Conduct testing, quality checks, and performance analysis

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and specifications

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field

0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong technical skills may apply)

Understanding of product development and manufacturing processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities
